We strive to ensure timely shipping and delivery of your orders. However, please note that we cannot guarantee shipping, carrier, or transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been marked as "shipped" and has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for the handling of the package or its contents. We will not issue a refund or store credit for an order that has already been shipped until the items in the order are returned to us in full.
We process online orders based on “first come - first serve”. Online orders received Monday through Friday by 3pm PST regular business days will ship out the same day based on carrier availability, but some restrictions may apply due to unforeseen errors or delays that Shalisto LLC can’t control. Online orders placed Saturday and Sunday will go out next business day, accordingly date and time will be received by our Magento Ecommerce system. Online orders received during Federal Holidays will go out next business day.
For added protection, we offer Route Shipping Insurance as an optional product to safeguard your package against loss, damage, or theft by the shipping carrier(s). Please note that if you choose not to purchase this optional insurance, you assume all the associated risks. Return Shipping: If your return request is approved, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The time it will take for your original or exchange order items to reach you varies depending on your location (see shipping timeline)
