Vape shipping timelines vary by state and depend on distance from our fulfillment center.
Vape mail requires a 21+ adult to be present to show ID and sign for the package.
Note: Adult signature fees, taxes, and shipping fees do not count toward the $77 free shipping threshold. Your subtotal must be $77+ of products (not services).

Adult Signature Required & Fee
In accordance with the PACT Act (Dec 2020), all vape shipments require an adult signature (21+) beginning March 27, 2021.
Adult signature fees are added automatically to vape orders. An adult (21+) must provide a valid government-issued ID at delivery.
Consider delivering to a workplace or address where someone can receive the package.
Processing Times & Business Hours
We process orders Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST (closed weekends and major U.S. holidays). Orders are processed in the order received.
Normal processing times: 1–2 business days. During holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping time estimates do not include processing time. Example: 1–2 days processing + 3–10 days shipping = possibly 4–12 business days total.
Note: Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a return.
Shipping Origin & PO/APO Restrictions
All packages ship from Las Vegas, NV.
We do not ship vape products to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or similar USPS-only services.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via USPS/Global Post where available. Check available countries at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import laws.
Please allow 30–35 business days for international deliveries.
Shalisto is not responsible for confiscation by customs or additional duties/fees. International orders are not refundable once shipped if confiscated or abandoned.
Tracking & Carrier Notes
When your order is received by the carrier, we email the tracking number to your order email. Initial tracking updates may take 5–12 business days to appear depending on carrier. If tracking has not updated within 10 days of receiving it, or it’s been over 15 days since receiving tracking, contact us to investigate.
Do not worry if tracking doesn’t update while the package moves between facilities; this can be normal.
Address Accuracy, Returns to Sender & Verifications
Please review and include apartment/unit numbers and gate codes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses cause delays or returns.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned due to non-delivery, we will attempt contact. Packages are held up to 3 business days before canceling the order and issuing a credit, minus original shipping or cost to reship.
Address Verifications
If we cannot ship due to a missing or wrong address, we hold the order for up to 3 business days while attempting to contact you. After 3 business days we may cancel and credit the original payment method.
